Bringing Employment for Trained Youth

As you know skill development is the process of identifying the gap and providing skill training to skim the gap and make them job ready. Our Programs are designed in a way that we acknowledge the ability of the youth and by focusing on their capability to do better, along with skill based training we provide them proper guidance, infrastructure, opportunities and encouragement to reach new heights. Under our state-of-the-art programs, we provide vocational training in diverse domains across sales and service as well. Under this program, we provide courses such as foundation skills and domain specific areas. All our programs are as per NOS (National Occupation Standards) as specified by SSC (Sector Skill Council). Long-term Skill Development Programs

As a Project Implementation Agency, we leave no stone unturned to ensure that our rural youth is empowered enough to take the future in his or her stride. Financial freedoms and a sky to fly for the future is something that we aspire for our youth with the equilibrium of our boys and girls trainees. We aim to enable youth to provide financial freedom and self-reliance for themselves. Proudly we train our rural youth through long and short term training programs under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojna (DDU-GKY) in association with the Ministry of Rural Development from 2019.

Short-term Skill Development Programs

In association with the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and State Government (UPSDM), we are one of the leading training partners with more than 15 centres in the largest state of India – Uttar Pradesh. Corporate Skilling

It is our brain child for youth as well as working professionals. India being a manpower intensive nation with nearly 56% population falling under 18 to 35, there is a huge number of school dropouts leaving them with neither education nor any employable skill. This brings a lot of ambiguity in terms of productive employment or career progression. We will introduce skill training in the schools to provide training and with a promise of employable prospects for our youth from a very early age. The program aims at providing training to unskilled or semi-skilled youth and targets to reach out to more than 20,000 students in the current year. This program is created with local employability prospects
